Als werkvoorbereider zorg je voor de technische voorbereiding van modulaire bouwprojecten. Je vertaalt goedgekeurde offertes en ontwerpen naar duidelijke productietekeningen en instructies. Samen met de projectleiding, collega's en leveranciers zorg je ervoor dat alle materialen correct besteld worden en de productie vlot kan starten.

  • Goedgekeurde offertes en ontwerpen vertalen naar nauwkeurige productiedossiers.
  • Bouwplannen controleren en technische tekeningen en details uitwerken.
  • Materialen invoeren in het ERP-systeem en bestellingen plaatsen.
  • Prijzen opvragen en projectgebonden aankopen opvolgen.
  • Overleggen met projectleiding, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Levertermijnen bewaken en de productie nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor productiemedewerkers en, indien nodig, de werkvoorbereiding in Nederland.
  • Een bachelor diploma in een bouwkundige of technische richting, of gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met CAD-tekenen, zoals AutoCAD en/of Revit. Een perfecte kennis is niet nodig.
  • Een goed technisch inzicht en kennis van bouwprocessen.
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren, ook wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk lopen.
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht, met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Communicatief en vlot in de samenwerking met collega's, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en administratief sterk.
