Met jouw overzicht, zorgvuldigheid en resultaatgerichte aanpak houd je grip op het proces en denk je mee over slimme oplossingen. - Aanvragen, vergelijken en voorbereiden van offertes en inkoop - Opstellen en actualiseren van planningen en werkplannen - Voorbereiden van bouwfasering en tijdelijke maatregelen - Afstemmen met betrokken partijen en voortgang bewaken Functie-eisen Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben om hier te starten; wel breng je de basis mee om snel te leren, vragen te stellen en verantwoordelijkheid te pakken. Jij werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en weet anderen op een heldere manier mee te krijgen.
