Voor een toonaangevende Belgische productieonderneming in de beddingindustrie zoeken wij een gedreven professional die wil meebouwen aan een efficiënt productieproces. Je krijgt hier de unieke kans om te starten als Werkvoorbereider en door te groeien tot de spilfiguur van de productieafdeling. Wij zoeken iemand met een passie voor techniek die de ambitie heeft om op termijn een team aan te sturen en te coachen.

Jobomschrijving

In deze combinatierol speel je een sleutelrol in de vertaalslag van ontwerp naar productie. Je start met een focus op de technische voorbereiding en groeit organisch in je rol als supervisor op de vloer.Technische voorbereiding: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van NC-programma’s, machineprestaties en technische tekeningen (CAD).Planning & Beheer: Je deelt productieorders in, berekent de benodigde grondstoffen en beheert de machinecapaciteit.Aankomend leiderschap: Je ondersteunt de productiemanager. Je groeit toe naar het dagelijks aansturen, motiveren en plannen van de medewerkers op de werkvloer.Optimalisatie: Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen voor een hogere productiviteit en kwaliteit.

Opleiding & Kennis: Je hebt een hogere technische opleiding (bachelor of graduaat) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Kennis van CAD-software is een vereiste.Ervaring: Je hebt concrete ervaring met (C)NC-programmatie of geautomatiseerde productiesystemen.Ambitie: Een eerste ervaring met het aansturen van een team is een pluspunt, maar vooral jouw potentie en wil om te groeien als leidinggevende zijn doorslaggevend.Competenties: Je beschikt over een sterk technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent communicatief vaardig en denkt probleemoplossend.
