Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en organiseren van projecten, waarbij je projectplanningen opstelt, bewaakt en werkprocessen voorbereidt. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt jouw keuzes goed onderbouwen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met de inkoop en het tijdig bestellen van materialen. Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers en werkt daarbij altijd prijsbewust, zodat alles op tijd en binnen de gestelde kaders op de bouw aanwezig is. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in de technische uitwerking van projecten. Je controleert en werkt bouwtekeningen en berekeningen uit, gebruikt je technisch inzicht om situaties te analyseren en komt met praktische en uitvoerbare oplossingen. Tot slot zorg je voor een goede afstemming en communicatie met uitvoerders, projectleiders en opdrachtgevers. Door goed samen te werken en belangen te begrijpen, draag je bij aan een soepel en succesvol verloop van ieder project. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting Bouwkunde. - 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. - Kennis en ervaring met BIM en Revit is een pré. - Een organisatietalent dat graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en samen successen wil behalen. - Vakmanschap en een klantgerichte instelling. - Een gezonde dosis humor; dat vinden we bij de opdrachtgever belangrijk.
