Jouw profiel Jij bent een ervaren werkvoorbereider met een stevige technische achtergrond in hoogspanning en energie-infrastructuur. Je hebt bewezen complexe projecten succesvol voor te kunnen bereiden en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om verschillende disciplines met elkaar te verbinden. Jouw analytisch vermogen stelt je in staat om technische vraagstukken snel te doorgronden en praktische oplossingen te bedenken. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht in dynamische projecten en bent gewend om onder tijdsdruk prioriteiten te stellen. Daarnaast ben je een teamspeler die energie haalt uit samenwerking en kennisdeling. Je bent proactief, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft knopen door te hakken wanneer dat nodig is. Wat wij van jou verwachten: - Minimaal 6 tot 10 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen hoogspanningsprojecten of energie-infrastructuur; - Afgeronde technische opleiding op HBO-niveau, bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar; - Grondige kennis van hoogspanningsinstallaties, schakelstations en bijbehorende normen en voorschriften; - Ervaring met CAD-software en planningtools voor technische uitwerking en projectplanning; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
