Ben je graag bezig met berekeningen, technische fiches en het voorbereiden van uitvoeringsdossiers?

Dan ben jij misschien wel de werkvoorbereider die we zoeken voor een klant in Antwerpen!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het uitwerken van het volledige technische uitvoeringsdossier, met focus op infrastructuurwerken: grondwerken, wegenis en riolering.
  • Het opmaken en controleren van plannen, documenten, technische fiches in functie van de werfplanning.
  • Je zal ook de dossiers analyseren met aandacht voor leemtes, risico's en mogelijke optimalisaties.
  • Je zorgt voor de aankoop van het materiaal, maakt prijsvergelijkingen en offertes op.
  • In nauw contact staan met interne diensten zoals werfleiding en projectleiding, maar ook externe diensten zoals onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Afhankelijk van de projectfases kunnen er nog bijkomende zaken zijn zoals detailtekeningen opmaken, uitvoeringsmethodes, opmetingen uitvoeren.

Profiel

  • Je hebt minimaal een diploma als Professionele bachelor in handen of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd maar bent ook iemand die snel kan schakelen, met oog voor detail.
  • Ervaring / interesse in planningssoftware of tekenpakketten (autocad) is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel intern als extern.
  • Je kan je goed inleven in de wensen van de opdrachtgever en weet deze te vertalen naar passende en onderscheidende oplossingen.
  • Je bent accuraat en je kan goed werken onder druk zonder de kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen.
