Als Werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat projecten soepel van start gaan, goed georganiseerd blijven en veilig worden uitgevoerd. In deze functie werk je dicht op de praktijk, met veel verantwoordelijkheid en zichtbare impact. - Je bereidt projecten volledig voor en ondersteunt bij een strakke oplevering. - Je stemt af met projectleiders, uitvoerders, monteurs, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers. - Je regelt materiaal, vergunningen, KLIC-meldingen en verkeersmaatregelen. - Je verwerkt administratie zoals verrekenstaten, meewerkregistraties en bijstellingen. - Je signaleert knelpunten tijdig en schakelt vlot wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je werkt aan meerdere projecten tegelijk binnen een hecht team en een grote organisatie, waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Jouw nauwkeurige aanpak en oog voor detail zorgen dat alles klopt voordat de uitvoering begint. Functie-eisen Je bent een Werkvoorbereider met 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring en je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar jij overzicht bewaart en zorgvuldig werkt. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende betrokkenen en houdt ook onder druk de lijnen helder. Jij ziet wat nodig is, denkt vooruit en pakt verantwoordelijkheid. - Mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting civiele techniek of bouw. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in werkvoorbereiding of een vergelijkbare functie. - Kennis van planning, materiaalstromen, vergunningen en administratieve processen. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en weet prioriteiten te stellen bij meerdere projecten. - Je past je snel aan veranderende situaties aan en...
