Jij verbindt techniek, planning en uitvoering en maakt zichtbaar verschil voor de infrastructuur van morgen. - Aanvragen, vergelijken en gunnen van offertes en inkopen. - Opstellen en actualiseren van planningen en werkplannen. - Bewaken van voortgang, wijzigingen en documentatie via Relatics en SharePoint. - Opstellen en toetsen van RAW-bestekken en contractstukken. - Organiseren van vergunningen, KLIC-meldingen en verkeers- en BLVC-plannen. Je werkt zorgvuldig, houdt overzicht en neemt beslissingen wanneer dat nodig is. Door goed samen te werken met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, uitvoerders en onderaannemers bereik je aantoonbare projectresultaten. Functie-eisen Je hebt ervaring met werkvoorbereiding binnen de bouw, infra of techniek en weet hoe je meerdere belangen bij elkaar brengt. Je communiceert helder, overtuigt op inhoud en blijft oplossingsgericht wanneer plannen wijzigen. - 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als Werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare functie. - Een afgeronde mbo 4- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur technisch. - Ervaring met MS Office en digitale werkprocessen. - Interesse in ondergrondse infra en de energietransitie. - Kennis van CROW 335, 400, 500 en/of BRL7000 is een pré. Je combineert initiatief en doorzettingsvermogen met accuratesse. Je plant en organiseert gestructureerd, werkt kwaliteitsgericht en toont begrip voor verschillende betrokkenen.
