Als Werkvoorbereider Onderhoud zorg je ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan productie-installaties, machines en technische infrastructuur goed voorbereid en efficiënt uitgevoerd kunnen worden. Vanuit de technische dienst vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen onderhoud, productie en externe technische partners. De functie omvat zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud. Door werkzaamheden tijdig te plannen, materialen en middelen beschikbaar te maken en de juiste technische informatie te voorzien, creëer je de randvoorwaarden voor een betrouwbare en veilige productieomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

Werkvoorbereiding & planning

Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op het voorbereiden en plannen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je stelt werkorders op en volgt deze op in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem. Daarbij bepaal je welke materialen, wisselstukken, gereedschappen en externe diensten nodig zijn om een opdracht efficiënt te kunnen uitvoeren. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden met de technische dienst, productie en externe firma's en bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit, kosten en uitvoering. Ook grotere technische werkzaamheden en onderhoudsstops worden zorgvuldig voorbereid en opgevolgd.

Technische ondersteuning & verbetering

Je zorgt ervoor dat techniekers beschikken over actuele technische documentatie, handleidingen, tekeningen en werkinstructies. Daarnaast volg je de beschikbaarheid en voorraad van wisselstukken op en draag je bij aan een optimale voorraad. Door uitgevoerde werkzaamheden te registreren en te evalueren, krijg je zicht op terugkerende technische problemen. Deze inzichten gebruik je om preventieve onderhoudsplannen verder te verbeteren en concrete technische optimalisaties voor te stellen. Daarbij vormen veiligheid, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid steeds een belangrijk uitgangspunt.

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, mechanica, elektriciteit of een vergelijkbare richting. Ervaring binnen een technische onderhoudsomgeving is belangrijk; ervaring in de voedingsindustrie of procesindustrie vormt een meerwaarde. Je beschikt over voldoende technische kennis om onderhoudswerkzaamheden correct in te schatten en bent vertrouwd met het belang van een gestructureerde voorbereiding. Ervaring met een CMMS of ander onderhoudsbeheersysteem is een pluspunt. Daarnaast werk je vlot met MS Office. Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren, werkt nauwkeurig en stelt de juiste prioriteiten. Je communiceert vlot met techniekers, productie, leveranciers en externe partners. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook graag binnen een technisch team. Een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en aandacht voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid zijn vanzelfsprekend binnen deze omgeving.
