Als Werkvoorbereider bij Slokker Bouwgroep ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch uitwerken van projecten. Je maakt taakgerichte tekeningen in Revit, zodat de Timmermannen hun werkzaamheden kunnen uitvoeren, en controleert het tekenwerk van onderaannemers nauwgezet om de kwaliteit en haalbaarheid te borgen. Tijdens deze controle let je ook op meer- en minderwerk. Daarnaast verzorg je de volledige inkoopvoorbereiding door offertes op te vragen, deze technisch en financieel te spiegelen en de inkoopgesprekken inhoudelijk voor te bereiden. Je voert diverse overleggen, zoals interne besprekingen met het projectteam over de voortgang en stand van zaken. Ook woon je werkvergaderingen bij en stem je regelmatig af met uitvoerders, constructeurs, architecten, onderaannemers of leveranciers om de technische uitwerkingen te coördineren.
