Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van grote en complexe utiliteitsprojecten, zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie. Je zorgt voor een goede planning, coördineert de inkoop en begeleidt leveranciers en onderaannemers van aanvraag tot uitvoering. Je stemt af met verschillende disciplines binnen het projectteam en zorgt ervoor dat materialen en materieel tijdig op locatie zijn. Daarnaast stel je verrekeningen op voor meer- en minderwerk en draag je bij aan het realiseren van toekomstbestendige gebouwen. Je werkt nauw samen met je team op de projectlocatie en hebt veel contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokkenen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als werkvoorbereider - Gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding - Hbo-opleiding in de richting van bouwkunde - Affiniteit met multidisciplinaire projecten - In het bezit van rijbewijs B - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden Functieoverzicht .
