Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid en krijgt ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Jij verbindt ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering. Met aandacht voor kwaliteit en resultaat zorg je dat informatie, materialen en werkzaamheden goed zijn georganiseerd. Je overlegt duidelijk met uitvoerders, leveranciers, onderaannemers en projectpartners en weet hen mee te nemen in praktische oplossingen. - Opstellen van planningen, werkplannen en technische specificaties. - Coördineren van de technische voorbereiding binnen het projectteam. - Bewaken van kosten, materiaalhoeveelheden, kwaliteit en risico's. - Afstemmen met uitvoerders, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Verbeteren van werkmethoden en knelpunten vóór de uitvoering oplossen. Je werkt op een projectlocatie in jouw regio of vanuit Nieuwleusen, Amsterdam of Eindhoven. Welke locatie het beste past, hangt af van je woonplaats en het project. Functie-eisen Je gaat zorgvuldig te werk, kijkt vooruit en bewaart het overzicht wanneer verschillende belangen samenkomen. Je neemt initiatief, staat open voor anderen en werkt aan een betrouwbare samenwerking.
