Dit ga je doen Als Werkvoorbereider Civiele Techniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en technisch voorbereiden van projecten. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert aandachtspunten en zorgt voor praktische oplossingen voordat de uitvoering begint. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het opstellen van bestekken, contractstukken en technische documenten volgens de RAW-systematiek; - Het beoordelen, controleren en uitwerken van technische tekeningen en ontwerpen; - Het opstellen van kostenramingen, begrotingen en financiële onderbouwingen; - Het voorbereiden van projectplanningen en bewaken van de voortgang van de voorbereiding; - Het ondersteunen bij aanbestedingen en het begeleiden van het contractproces; - Het toetsen van ontwerpen op technische haalbaarheid, kwaliteit en regelgeving; - Het herkennen van risico's en aandragen van passende oplossingen; - Het afstemmen met verschillende disciplines, zoals groen, water, verkeer en kabels & leidingen; - Het verzorgen van een complete projectoverdracht richting de uitvoering. Met jouw aanpak zorg je ervoor dat projecten goed georganiseerd starten en dat uitvoerende partijen beschikken over alles wat nodig is om kwaliteit te leveren.
