  • Proactief overleg met projectleiders voorkomt eventuele knelpunten tijdens het bouwproces.
  • Directe coördinatie met internationale leveranciers garandeert de beste voorwaarden en materialen.
  • Efficiënte logistieke planning zorgt voor een stipte bevoorrading van de werven.

Profiel

Als werkvoorbereider matcht jouw achtergrond met het volgende profiel:

  • Relevante ervaring in werkvoorbereiding binnen de bouwsector, maar ook ambitieuze starters met een master Bouwkunde komen in aanmerking.
  • Sterk technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht vormt de basis voor het doorgronden van complexe constructies.
  • Organisatorisch talent stelt in staat om vlot het overzicht te bewaren over meerdere dossiers.
  • Vloeiende communicatie in het Nederlands is essentieel, optimaal aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
