Ben jij sterk in plannen, regelen en technisch meedenken? Als Werkvoorbereider E/W via MAATT zorg jij dat elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige projecten goed voorbereid starten en strak blijven lopen. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel met de uitvoering en zorgt dat materialen, tekeningen en informatie op tijd klaarstaan.

Je werkt aan afwisselende projecten binnen de installatietechniek en bent de schakel tussen werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding, leveranciers en de uitvoering. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kan het team doorpakken op de bouw of in de utiliteit.

- Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen; - Controleren van tekeningen, bestekken en technische specificaties; - Berekenen en bestellen van materialen en installatiemateriaal; - Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en opdrachtgevers; - Signaleren van technische, organisatorische en financiële aandachtspunten; - Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten; - Ondersteunen van de uitvoering met duidelijke werkdocumenten en informatie.

Je bent nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en vindt het prettig om structuur aan te brengen in technische projecten. Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen, maar je hebt wel de basis om snel mee te draaien in de werkvoorbereiding.

- Een mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde; - 0 tot 3 jaar ervaring in werkvoorbereiding, installatie of een vergelijkbare technische rol; - Goede technische en organisatorische vaardigheden; - Handigheid met software zoals AutoCAD, Revit of een ERP-systeem is mooi meegenomen; - Je communiceert duidelijk en schakelt makkelijk met verschillende partijen; - Je werkt oplossingsgericht en houdt het overzicht, ook als er veel tegelijk loopt; - Rijbewijs B is handig voor het bezoeken van projecten.
