Als werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en effectief plannen en voorbereiden van werkzaamheden aan diverse installaties in gebouwen conform het onderhoudscontract. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van projecten door de juiste materialen, middelen en planning te coördineren, het aanvragen van graafmeldingen (KLIC), het inkopen van materialen, ondersteunen bij administratieve taken. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met verschillende teams om ervoor te zorgen dat de service aan de klanten van topkwaliteit is. Als Werkvoorbereider houd je toezicht op de werkzaamheden en ben je in staat om vakinhoudelijke aanwijzingen te geven. Je controleert de technische rapportages en de voortgang en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie aan de hand van planning en werkbonnen. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de lopende contracten up-to-date gehouden wordt. Jij regelt... - Een afgeronde mbo niveau 4 opleiding, (liefst techniesche richting); - Kennis en ervaring met geautomatiseerde systemen (MS Office, SAP); - Relevante werkervaring; - Ervaring met SAP en MS Office.
