Een toonaangevende logistieke dienstverlener beheert een uitgebreid internationaal netwerk van diepzeeverbindingen met bestemmingen op alle continenten. Vanuit strategisch gelegen terminals verzorgt de organisatie de behandeling van roll-on/roll-off-ladingen en biedt zij efficiënte verbindingen met zowel wereldwijde markten als distributienetwerken binnen Europa.

Voor een technische onderhoudsorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider Technisch Onderhoud. In deze functie ondersteun je de verantwoordelijke onderhoudsafdeling bij de voorbereiding, planning en opvolging van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkopdrachten volledig en correct worden uitgewerkt, zodat deze efficiënt en veilig kunnen worden ingepland en uitgevoerd. De werkzaamheden hebben betrekking op uiteenlopende technische installaties en infrastructuur, waaronder gebouwen, technische voorzieningen, HVAC, elektriciteit, sanitair, toegangs- en veiligheidssystemen, persluchtinstallaties en andere industriële installaties. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het naleven en verbeteren van de kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieuprocedures binnen de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Werkvoorbereiding

  • Behandelen en prioriteren van onderhoudsaanvragen en preventieve onderhoudstaken via een werkordersysteem.
  • Uitwerken van technische oplossingen in overleg met interne stakeholders.
  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde werkorders en werkinstructies.
  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van materialen.
  • Opstellen van materiaal- en gereedschapslijsten.
  • Voorbereiden van risicoanalyses en werkvergunningen.
  • Bepalen van normtijden voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Toezien op een kostenefficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.

Opvolging van externe partners

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uitgevoerd door externe aannemers.
  • Opvolgen van interventieaanvragen vanaf offerte tot oplevering.
  • Evalueren van externe partners op kwaliteit, veiligheid en dienstverlening.

Kwaliteit & Veiligheid

  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen.
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties en controles.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige en kwalitatieve werkomgeving.
  • Een sterk technisch inzicht en een analytische manier van werken.
  • Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding binnen een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Goede organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Het vermogen om technische werkzaamheden duidelijk te vertalen naar werkopdrachten.
  • Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende stakeholders samen te werken.
  • Stressbestendigheid en een proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Een echte teamspirit.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met een sterke beheersing van Excel.
  • Ervaring met een onderhouds- of werkordersysteem is een plus.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basis tot goede kennis van het Engels.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Correcte voorbereiding en planning van preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie tijdens de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken interne en externe partijen.
  • Correcte administratieve opvolging van onderhoudsactiviteiten.
