The posting

In deze functie als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek zorg je ervoor dat elektrotechnische projecten binnen het raamcontract met de netbeheerder correct voorbereid en opgevolgd worden. Je werkt nauw samen met werfleiders, uitvoerende ploegen en de netbeheerder en bewaakt daarbij zowel de technische inhoud als de organisatie.

Concreet zal je:

elke aanvraag grondig analyseren en technische specificaties, tekeningen en andere informatie controleren. overleggen met de netbeheerder om dossiers te vervolledigen of bij te sturen waar nodig. de situatie op het terrein in kaart brengen (toegankelijkheid, signalisatie, indeling en planning van de werkzaamheden) in overleg met de betrokken partijen. gedetailleerde materiaallijsten opstellen, tijdig bestellingen plaatsen en zo de projectvoorbereiding praktisch borgen. duidelijke werkinstructies uitwerken voor de uitvoerende ploegen en deze bespreken met de werfleiders. per dossier een calculatie opmaken en eventuele meerwerken bepalen bij afwijkingen. het volledige dossier beheren in het ERP-systeem (Navision) en zorgen voor een gestructureerd dossierbeheer. continu communiceren met alle betrokken partijen en de afstemming tussen teams bewaken. meedenken over optimalisaties in systemen en procedures om de efficiëntie van de werkvoorbereiding verder te verhogen.

Je combineert een stevige technische basis met een gestructureerde, doordachte manier van werken. Je voelt je thuis in elektrotechniek en projectvoorbereiding en kan dossiers zowel inhoudelijk als organisatorisch bewaken.

Je hebt een hogere opleiding in een technische richting. Je beschikt over sterke technische kennis en werkt nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail. Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, planning of projectleiding in de elektrotechnische sector is een pluspunt. Je hebt inzicht in de realiteit op het terrein en kiest voor een realistische, praktische aanpak. Je communiceert vlot, kan anderen motiveren en stemt graag af met verschillende partijen. Je werkt uitstekend met Excel; ervaring met Navision en/of Visual Planning is een troef.
