Wij zoeken een ervaren Werkvoorbereider / Planner Bouwkunde die zich bezig gaat houden met de conditie van al het stilstaande materieel van de RET. Hieronder vallen de metrostations, gelijkrichtingsstations en remises. In het team van Stations & Gebouwen zul jij je bezig houden met de onderhouds- en vervangingsprojecten. Dit betekend dat jij op locatie de eerste analyses zal uitvoeren om een totaalbeeld te krijgen van het project. Hierna ga jij het bestek opmaken en zorg jij er voor dat het project in goede banen zal verlopen. Een functie met genoeg uitdaging en veel vrijheid! Wij zijn een begrip in en rond Rotterdam. Vanuit ons kantoor, met uitzicht op de Erasmusbrug ligt Rotterdam aan onze voeten. Over de brug rijden de trams en bussen die de core business van de RET vormen en dat maakt ons trots. Wij houden van de sfeer van dynamiek en aanpakken. Rotterdam is nooit af. Bij ons kom je verder, bij ons is het vizier voortdurend gericht op verbetering. 3.500 collega's proberen elke dag weer een beetje beter te zijn dan gisteren. Houd jij onze metro's in topconditie en de stad bereikbaar? - HBO denk- en werk niveau; - Je heb op zijn minst een MBO 4 opleiding afgerond in de richting van Bouwkunde; - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met bijvoorbeeld onderhouds-, bouwprojecten of civiele kunstwerken; - Je beschikt over kennis betreft prijzen, kosten en marktwerking; - Je bent sociaal vaardig; - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B; - Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Excel en SAP en hebt daarnaast ok ervaring in het opzetten...
