Dan is onze functie van werkvoorbereider precies wat je zoekt!

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding en uitwerking van diverse projecten. Beschik je over ervaring in het vertalen van ontwerp- en uitvoeringstekeningen naar duidelijke en haalbare plannen? Ben je in staat om tekenwerk nauwkeurig op te maken, aan te passen en te beheren gedurende het gehele projectverloop? En kun je bovendien de voorbereidingen treffen richting productie, aankoop en montage met oog voor planning en haalbaarheid?

Als werkvoorbereider lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan unieke gevels in België, Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en beheren van volledige bouwdossiers, die onze monteurs ondersteunen bij de realisatie van uiteenlopende projecten, zoals scholen, ziekenhuizen en architectonische meesterwerken.

Heb jij een scherp oog voor detail en weet je de correctheid, volledigheid en timing van deze dossiers te waarborgen?

Ben je bedreven in het uitwerken van stuklijsten, materiaalstaten, bestelbonnen en productiebonnen?

Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor werfleiders met vragen op de werf.

Is het voor jou een uitdaging om te werken in een dynamische omgeving waar jouw input en ervaring worden gewaardeerd?

Onze ideale kandidaat beschikt over:

  • Een bouwkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Technisch inzicht, gecombineerd met een gestructureerde aanpak en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • De motivatie om bij te leren en trots te zijn op het geleverde werk.
  • Eigenaarschap over jouw dossiers en een proactieve opvolging van acties en beslissingen.
  • Het vermogen om overzicht te behouden en prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische projectomgeving.
  • Helder en vlot te communiceren met collega's op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • In staat om zelfstandig en nauwkeurig te werken, maar ook tijdig af te stemmen waar samenwerking essentieel is.
  • Vlotte ervaring met AutoCAD en MS Office; kennis van (3D) tekenpakketten is een pré.
