Als werkvoorbereider bij Vriesbouw speel je een cruciale rol in het soepel laten verlopen van onze bouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en planning van werkzaamheden, de materialen en het coördineren van de uitvoering. Samen met je bouwteam zorg je ervoor dat je project binnen gestelde wettelijke eisen van veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en budget voldoen en beoordeel jij het project op compleetheid. Wat doe jij? - Het tijdig verzamelen, registreren, (laten)opstellen, controleren, afstemmen en distribueren van alle projectrelevante (schriftelijke) informatie die benodigd is voor het realiseren, bewaken en opleveren van het werk; - Werkomschrijvingen en/of werkplannen opstellen; - Opzetten en bijhouden van planningen (o.a. inkoop, voorbereiding); - Gegevensbehoefteschema aanmaken, bewaken en coördineren; - Opstellen van periodieke financiële rapportages; - Beheren en distribueren van documentenlijsten; - Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van het BLVC-W plan waaronder de bouwplaatsinrichting ook valt; - Kostenbegrotingen van meer- en minderwerk/VTW (laten) opstellen en bewaken; - Opstellen en/of afroepen van productie- en werktekeningen bij leveranciers; - Opstellen van betalingstermijnschema's en een puntenopnamelijst; - Verantwoordelijk voor de correcte uitvoering van taken zoals vastgelegd in het KAM systeem; - Opstellen van het VGM-uitvoeringsplan, dit in overleg met het projectteam en de kwaliteitsmanager; - Het onderhouden van contacten met stakeholders over de voortgang; -...
