Ben jij organisatorisch sterk, technisch geïnteresseerd en zorg je graag dat techniekers perfect voorbereid aan hun werkdag kunnen beginnen? Als Werkvoorbereider HVAC & Sanitair vorm je de belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, techniekers, leveranciers en administratie. Je bereidt service- en onderhoudsinterventies voor, organiseert materialen, ondersteunt bij offertes en facturatie en bewaakt een vlotte administratieve opvolging.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je bereidt service-, onderhouds- en interventiewerkzaamheden voor en zorgt ervoor dat techniekers beschikken over de juiste informatie en materialen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, werkbonnen en technische dossiers en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Je beheert de materiaalbehoeften, plaatst bestellingen bij leveranciers en volgt beschikbaarheid en leveringen nauwgezet op.
  • Je verwerkt uitgevoerde werkzaamheden administratief en ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en controle van de facturatie.
  • Je beheert inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails en onderhoudt professioneel contact met klanten, leveranciers en techniekers.
  • Je denkt actief mee over planning, werkvoorbereiding en efficiëntere werkprocessen en helpt zo de dagelijkse operationele werking verder te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt ervaring in werkvoorbereiding, technische administratie, planning of servicecoördinatie; ervaring binnen HVAC, sanitair, verwarming of gebouwtechnieken is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bent in staat informatie over werkzaamheden, materialen en interventies snel te begrijpen en correct te verwerken.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en weet verschillende dossiers, bestellingen en prioriteiten gelijktijdig te beheren.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk en onderhoudt vlot contact met klanten, leveranciers en technische medewerkers.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid, maar bent tegelijkertijd een echte teamplayer die collega's praktisch ondersteunt.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met stressbestendigheid, commercieel inzicht en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
