Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is actief in de ondergrondse infrastructuur en houdt zich bezig met het aanleggen, vervangen en onderhouden van gas-, water-, en elektriciteitsnetten. Vanuit de regio Rijnmond werken zij aan diverse projecten, variërend van stedelijke herinrichtingen tot landelijke verbindingen. De organisatie staat bekend om haar betrouwbaarheid, vakmanschap en betrokkenheid bij een duurzamere toekomst. Wat ga je doen als Werkvoorbereider Infra? Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil in het proces, verantwoordelijk voor het technisch voorbereiden van infra projecten in de regio Rijnmond. Je bent betrokken bij alles van de eerste planning tot de oplevering en zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Opstellen van werkplannen, werkmappen en planningsoverzichten; - Verzamelen en controleren van benodigde documenten en vergunningen; - Overleggen met opdrachtgevers, uitvoerders en onderaannemers; - Aanvragen van graafmeldingen (KLIC) en opstellen van maatregelenplannen (CROW500); - Maken van inkooporders en verzorgen van projectadministratie; - Coördineren van materialen, gereedschappen en materieel; - Ondersteunen tijdens de uitvoering bij technische vraagstukken; - Verzamelen van opleverdocumentatie en afrekenstaten.
