Als Werkvoorbereider Infra verbind je kantoor en buiten, houd je grip op planning en kosten en geef je met jouw technische inzicht richting aan een soepel projectverloop. Je werkt vanuit Meppel, 32 tot 40 uur per week, en krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig beslissingen voor te bereiden. Met aandacht voor belangen van collega's, opdrachtgevers en partners bouw je aan duidelijke afspraken en betrouwbare uitvoering. - Je controleert bestekken, tekeningen en documenten op volledigheid en uitvoerbaarheid. - Je vraagt offertes aan, vergelijkt prijzen en onderbouwt keuzes richting projectteam en partners. - Je stelt werkplanningen, meer- en minderwerkcalculaties en nacalculaties op. - Je bewaakt contractinformatie, planning en kwaliteit en signaleert knelpunten tijdig. - Je werkt samen met projectleider en uitvoerder en vertaalt vragen naar praktische oplossingen. Functie-eisen Je bent nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere belangen samenkomen. Je communiceert helder, neemt initiatief en weet anderen met een inhoudelijk sterk advies mee in een aanpak. Daarbij werk je resultaatgericht en blijf je betrokken bij het gezamenlijke eindresultaat. - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur Civiele Techniek. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in werkvoorbereiding, infra of civiele bouw. - Kennis van RAW- en UAV-GC-contracten; ervaring met AutoCAD, VISI en Microsoft Office is gewenst. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met plannen, organiseren en contractadministratie. - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze, oog voor kwaliteit en bereidheid om je vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen.
