Tevens vinden ze het belangrijk dat je werk met betekenis kan uitvoeren. Ze hebben een overdekte en nieuwe fabriek, dus een comfortabele werkomgeving waar je werkzaam bent. Functiebeschrijving In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding van grondgebonden woningen. Je werkt nauw samen met een gedreven projectteam, bestaande uit teamleiders, projectvoorbereiders, werkvoorbereiders en operationele inkopers. Je stelt projectplanningen op, bewaakt deze en zorgt voor afstemming tussen ketenpartners en projecten. Bij complexe procesmatige vraagstukken ga je constructief het gesprek aan om tot oplossingen te komen. Functie-eisen - Afgerond MBO- of HBO-opleiding werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of installatietechniek; - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring bij voorkeur in de installatietechniek; - Ervaring met BIM 360 en ERP-systemen is een pré; - Besluitvaardig, kwaliteitsbewust en klantgericht; - Aanpakkers mentaliteit; - Proactieve houding en het vermogen om vooruit te kijken. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris tussen de €2800 en €3900, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Ruime ontwikkel- en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao bouwnijverheid UTA; - Hybride werken behoort tot de mogelijkheid; - Pensioen opbouw via STIPP.
