Als Werkvoorbereider / Junior Projectleider ben jij een belangrijke schakel in de voorbereiding en coördinatie van bouwprojecten. Je ondersteunt projectleiders en werkt nauw samen met modelleurs. Je zorgt ervoor dat de plannen volledig en uitvoerbaar zijn en draagt actief bij aan een foutloze realisatie. Ook denk je mee over verbeteringen en duurzame oplossingen. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij het voorbereidingsproces. - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Oplossen van bouwkundige uitdagingen en klantkeuzes. - Afstemmen van raakvlakken binnen bouwmodellen (bijv. Revit). - Bijdragen aan een foutloze productie van woningen. - Ondersteunen tijdens de uitvoering waar nodig. - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in toekomstige projecten. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Wij zoeken een gedreven en nauwkeurige professional met affiniteit voor bouw en architectuur. Vereisten zijn: - Mbo- of hbo-diploma Bouwkunde. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol (werkvoorbereiding of projectondersteuning). - Ervaring met Autocad en/of Revit, of bereidheid dit te leren. - Bouwkundige kennis en inzicht. - Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden. - Proactief, stressbestendig en klantgericht. - Gestructureerde en leergierige instelling.
