Stel je voor: een woningcorporatie beheert een aantal huizen die regelmatig onderhoud nodig hebben, inclusief renovaties en inspecties. Deze taak wordt uitbesteed aan aannemers, waar jij als werkorganisator verantwoordelijk voor bent. Je wordt toegewezen aan een specifieke corporatie en fungeert als hun primaire contactpersoon. Je coördineert het hele proces, van het aannemen van reparatieverzoeken van bewoners tot het plannen en aansturen van vakmensen. Tegelijkertijd houd je de bewoners op de hoogte en werk je nauw samen met een team van gemotiveerde collega's, waarbij jullie samen de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de afhandeling van bonnen en reparatieverzoeken. Naast deze coördinerende rol ben je ook regelmatig op locatie te vinden, samen met je collega's, om inspecties uit te voeren en ervoor te zorgen dat de werkzaamheden volgens de voorschriften worden uitgevoerd. Als het gezicht van het bedrijf ben je het directe aanspreekpunt voor de bewoners tijdens deze bezoeken. Kortom, het is een functie die veel variatie en uitdaging biedt! Communicatie is essentieel in deze rol, aangezien je voortdurend in contact staat met verschillende partijen, variërend van huurders tot vakmensen.
