Wil jij werken aan uitdagende nieuwbouwprojecten waarbij je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Als Werkvoorbereider Nieuwbouw zorg jij ervoor dat projecten technisch en organisatorisch goed worden voorbereid en succesvol worden gerealiseerd. Jij brengt structuur aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering over alle benodigde informatie en materialen beschikt. Plannen en organiseren zit in jouw tweede natuur. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de projectleiding, uitvoerders, leveranciers, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers. Je houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op het juiste moment over de juiste informatie beschikt. Je bent de spil in het web. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat nieuwbouwprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering soepel verlopen. Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen en bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
