Voor een solide en mensgerichte bouworganisatie zoeken wij een Werkvoorbereider Bouw die wil meewerken aan afwisselende projecten en zichzelf verder wil ontwikkelen. Regio: Randstad Dienstverband: fulltime (24-40 uur) Type: werving & selectie (direct in dienst bij opdrachtgever) Organisatie Je gaat aan de slag bij een stabiele en toekomstgerichte bouworganisatie met een sterke naam in utiliteitsbouw, renovatie en verduurzaming. Functie Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen kantoor en bouwplaats. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt vóórdat de uitvoering start en blijft betrokken tot de oplevering. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: Het voorbereiden en uitwerken van bouwprojecten (nieuwbouw, verbouw en renovatie) Opstellen en bewaken van planningen, werkschema's en inkoop Afstemmen met uitvoerders, projectleiders, leveranciers en onderaannemers Controleren van tekeningen, bestekken en technische details Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken in slimme oplossingen Je werkt nauw samen met het projectteam en krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en initiatief te nemen.
