Onze opdrachtgever is volop in groei binnen de afdeling Renovatie & Onderhoud en zoekt daarom versterking van het team. Als Werkvoorbereider speel jij een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede voorbereiding van projecten, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alle technische en organisatorische zaken goed geregeld zijn voordat de uitvoering start. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak houd je overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen goed samenwerken. Samen met het projectteam werk je aan het verbeteren en verduurzamen van bestaande bouw en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succesvol realiseren van uiteenlopende projecten. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je bent een gestructureerde en betrokken professional die graag de verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een goede projectvoorbereiding. Je weet overzicht te houden, schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende partijen en denkt actief mee in oplossingen. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van Bouwkunde, Bouwmanagement of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. - Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden. - Een proactieve, nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding. - Affiniteit met verduurzaming en het onderhoud van bestaande bouw. - Een vakgerichte opleiding, zoals Allround Werkorganisator, is een pré.
