Functie inhoud In de functie van werkvoorbereider werk je zelfstandig aan de voorbereiding en begeleiding van de aan jou toegewezen woningbouwprojecten van begin tot eind. Tot jouw taken behoren onder andere: - Het controleren van gegevens op technische uitvoerbaarheid, regelgeving en wettelijke normen; - Het opstellen en bewaken van voorbereidings- en inkoopschema's; - Het bijhouden van het meer- en minderwerk; - Onderhouden van contacten met de onderaannemers en regelen van de gehele documentenstroom; - Verantwoordelijkheid over de gehele technische werkvoorbereiding.
