Als Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw Renovatie bij Heijmans Woningbouw BV Oost in Amersfoort ben jij een onmisbare schakel tussen plan en uitvoering. Jij zorgt dat alles achter de schermen klopt, zodat het team buiten zijn werk goed kan doen. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten. Van appartementencomplexen tot complete woonwijken: ieder project heeft zijn eigen technische uitdagingen en dynamiek. Jij brengt structuur aan, bewaakt de voorbereiding en zorgt dat tekeningen, planningen, materialen en afspraken op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Renoveren vraagt bovendien om meer dan alleen technische kennis. Veel werkzaamheden vinden plaats terwijl bewoners in hun woning blijven. Jij begrijpt dat een goede voorbereiding daarbij essentieel is en houdt rekening met de impact van de werkzaamheden op bewoners. Je schakelt snel, denkt vooruit en komt met oplossingen wanneer de praktijk anders loopt dan gepland. Samen met uitvoerders, projectleiders, adviseurs, architecten, onderaannemers en leveranciers zorg jij ervoor dat het project klaar is voor uitvoering. Dit ga je doen: - Je bereidt renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten technisch en organisatorisch voor. - Je controleert tekeningen, planningen en technische documenten en zorgt dat deze aansluiten op de uitvoering. - Je stemt werkzaamheden, materialen en planning af met adviseurs, architecten, leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Je maakt afspraken met leveranciers en onderaannemers en bewaakt de voortgang daarvan. - Je registreert en bewaakt meer- en mind...
