Je werkt voor aansprekende opdrachtgevers zoals FrieslandCampina en Abbott en zorgt ervoor dat vacatures worden ingevuld met de juiste mensen. Van operators en logistiek medewerkers tot productiemedewerkers: jij weet waar je ze vindt, hoe je ze benadert en vooral hoe je ze enthousiast maakt voor een nieuwe stap in hun carrière. Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in het recruitmentproces. Je bouwt talentpools op, zet slimme sourcingstrategieën in en weet recruitmentkanalen zoals LinkedIn optimaal te benutten. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met opdrachtgevers, kandidaten en collega's om de beste resultaten te behalen. Daarnaast ondersteun je junior recruiters in hun ontwikkeling en deel je jouw kennis en ervaring binnen het team. Wat ga je doen? - Je werft, selecteert en begeleidt kandidaten binnen de industrie- en logistieke sector; - Je voert intakegesprekken en maakt de juiste match tussen kandidaat en opdrachtgever; - Je zet slimme en creatieve wervingscampagnes op om ook moeilijk vervulbare vacatures succesvol in te vullen; - Je bouwt en onderhoudt talentpools voor huidige en toekomstige vacatures; - Je adviseert opdrachtgevers over arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en wervingsvraagstukken; - Je begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het volledige sollicitatieproces; - Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met opdrachtgevers en kandidaten; - Je signaleert kansen voor verbetering en draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van recruitmentprocessen; - Je deelt jouw kennis met collega's binnen het team.
