Functieomschrijving Als Strategy Consultant Digital Strategy bij Enexis ben jij medeverantwoordelijk voor de digitale koers binnen het Digital Information Office (DIO). Je verbindt strategische bedrijfsdoelen met technologische mogelijkheden en vertaalt externe ontwikkelingen en interne ambities naar concrete initiatieven en roadmaps. Je werkt op directieniveau en samen met management, business en IT-experts om keuzes te prioriteren en implementatie richting te geven. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen slimme netten, datagedreven besluitvorming, moderne IT-platformen en nieuwe digitale diensten, met oog voor maatschappelijke waarde en klantimpact. Je ondersteunt business cases, draagt bij aan governance- en portfoliovraagstukken en faciliteert change- en stakeholdermanagement om de organisatie wendbaar te houden. De functie is gevestigd in Den Bosch en vraagt om een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte aanpak binnen een dynamische, publieke-gestructureerde organisatiecontext. Gewenst profiel - WO of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde, informatiemanagement, technische bedrijfskunde, economie of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met digitale strategie, verandermanagement of strategische adviesrollen, bij voorkeur binnen energie, netbeheer of nutssectoren. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het opstellen van digitale roadmaps, business cases en het vertalen van technologische trends naar concrete initiatieven. - Sterke stakeholder- en politieke sensitiviteit; je kunt effectief schakelen met directie, management, IT-architecten en business owners. - Analytisch scherp, markt- en datagedreven denker met oog voor businesswaarde en implementatie...
