Als ambachtelijke speciaalzaak in Bilzen draait bij onze klant alles om kwaliteit, smaak en beleving. Wij zoeken een gedreven winkelbediende die de passie voor het bakkersvak deelt en elke klant ontvangt met een warme glimlach en oprecht enthousiasme.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Verwelkomen van klanten: Je maakt graag een praatje en zorgt voor een uitnodigende, persoonlijke service.
  • Winkelvoorbereiding: Je opent de winkel en bereidt alles voor op een geslaagde dag.
  • Presentatie: Je richt de winkel en de vitrine netjes, overzichtelijk en aantrekkelijk in.
  • Bestellingen: Je verwerkt en volgt klantbestellingen nauwkeurig op.
  • Actief meedenken: Je denkt mee over de uitstraling van de zaak, onze service en het naar een hoger niveau tillen van de klantbeleving.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Passie voor het vak: Je hebt een duidelijke affiniteit met ambachtelijke bakkersproducten en brengt dit enthousiasme over op onze klanten.
  • Communicatief en sociaal: Je spreekt excellent Nederlands om klanten vlot, vriendelijk en professioneel te woord te staan.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring in de verkoop is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste. De juiste instelling en goesting wegen zwaarder.
  • Klant- en kwaliteitsgericht: Je hebt oog voor detail en bent pas tevreden als de winkel er piekfijn bij staat.

  • Vaste werkdagen: Woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag.
  • Weekend: 1 vaste dag per weekend.
  • Vaste vrije dagen: Maandag en dinsdag ben je altijd vrij.
