Jobomschrijving

Als Allround Winkelmedewerk(st)er ben je inzetbaar op verschillende afdelingen binnen de winkel. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit en positieve ingesteldheid draag je elke dag bij aan een uitstekende winkelervaring voor onze klanten. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:· Klanten vriendelijk verder helpen met vragen, advies en bestellingen.· Ondersteunen aan de kassa tijdens drukke momenten.· Meehelpen bij het uitwerken en opzetten van commerciële acties.· Producten aanvullen, presenteren en leveringen verwerken.· Meewerken op verschillende versafdelingen, zoals groenten en fruit, bakkerij, charcuterie of zuivel.· Administratieve en operationele taken uitvoeren via diverse digitale systemen.· Actief bijdragen aan een nette, overzichtelijke en aantrekkelijke winkelomgeving. Door de grote variatie aan taken ziet elke werkdag er anders uit en krijg je volop kansen om nieuwe zaken te leren.

· Je hebt relevante en stabiele werkervaring binnen de voedingssector, retail of een supermarktomgeving.· Je bent klantgericht en helpt iedereen verder met enthousiasme en een glimlach.· Je werkt gestructureerd en blijft rustig, ook wanneer het druk is.· Je bent flexibel en bereid te werken in wisselende shiften tussen 6.00 en 20.00 uur.· Weekendwerk vormt voor jou geen probleem.· Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.· Je deelt graag jouw productkennis en ervaring met klanten.· Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en ziet werk.· Je bent een echte teamspeler die collega's graag ondersteunt waar nodig.
