Als winkelmedewerker in Kluisbergen zorg jij elke dag voor een uitnodigende en frisse winkel waar klanten zich thuis voelen. Je houdt de rekken mooi gevuld, bakt heerlijk vers brood en koffiekoeken af, en helpt klanten met een glimlach verder. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer sta je aan de bakkerij-afdeling, de andere keer spring je bij in de winkel of help je klanten te vinden wat ze precies zoeken. Zo blijft je job altijd boeiend en leer je telkens bij!

Je start je dag vroeg samen met je collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alles tiptop in orde is voor de eerste klanten. Je werkt ordelijk en hebt oog voor detail. Je houdt ervan om de winkel netjes te houden en je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Klanten rekenen op jouw vriendelijkheid en positieve energie – jij bent hun aanspreekpunt voor vragen en advies.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afbakken van broden, koffiekoeken, stokbroden en allerlei lekkers 🥖🥐
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de rekken van de afdeling mooi gevuld zijn tegen dat de eerste klanten binnenkomen
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en houdt rekening met de data en versheid van verschillende producten
  • Je bent flexibel en springt bij waar nodig op andere afdelingen bij piekmomenten
