The posting

Als winkelmedewerker kom je in een moderne supermarkt terecht. We zoeken verkopers of verkoopsters op verschillende afdelingen. Bovendien zoeken we kandidaten die deeltijds of voltijds willen werken. Een winkelmedewerker staat in voor het aanvullen van de rekken, aanvullen op groenten en fruit, aanvullen van de bakkerijafdeling, bedienen aan de verstoog en daarnaast ook kassawerk.

Men stelt zich flexibel op qua uurrooster waarbij je of kiest voor de vroege shift van 6u tot de middag, of de late shift van 's middags tot sluitingstijd. Je kan ook opteren voor een wisselend rooster waarbij je de ene week de vroege shift doet en de andere week de late shift. De winkel is open van 8u-20u en gesloten op dinsdag. Een verkoopmedewerker zal ook in het weekend werken op zaterdag en zondag. Je hebt een werkweek waarin je zowel op zaterdag als zondag ingezet wordt en dus 6 dagen per week werkt. Dit wordt afgewisseld met een week waarin je geen weekends doet en dus maar 4 dagen per week werkt.

Het loon voor deze functie is afhankelijk van ervaring en leeftijd. Een startend winkelmedewerker begint aan het baremaloon omdat je in jouw eerst weken een volledige opleiding krijgt van het vast personeel. Na ongeveer 1 maand zal je zelfstandig werken en hoort hierbij ook een loonopslag. Het minimumloon zal rond €11,70 à €12 bruto / uur draaien. Een ervaren persoon krijgt uiteraard meer.
