Jobomschrijving

Als winkelmedewerker heb je een veelzijdig takenpakket. Naast het aanvullen van de schappen en het bedienen van de kassa, geef je advies aan onze klanten, met een speciale focus op exclusieve wijnen en sterke dranken zoals whisky, rum, gin en cognac.Je helpt klanten bij hun keuze door verbanden te leggen tussen verschillende dranken, smaken en geuren.Handig met sociale media? Dat is een pluspunt! Je zult via Facebook klanten adviseren en vragen over ons assortiment beantwoorden.Tijdens avondproeverijen neem je zelfstandig drankliefhebbers mee door een selectie van bijvoorbeeld whisky’s, rum of wijnen en verzorg je de verkoop van hun favorieten aan het einde van de avond.Weekendwerk is voor jou geen probleem, maar je hebt zes zaterdagen per jaar vrij!

Je hebt bovengemiddelde kennis van de dranken die we aanbieden. Je bent geïnteresseerd in alle soorten dranken en hebt een basiskennis van elke categorie.Je bent altijd bereid om bij te leren. Een passie als deze moet je voeden met zowel smaken als kennis, en wij bieden mogelijkheden voor interne opleidingen.Je spreekt en schrijft correct Nederlands, kent het vakjargon en kunt je indien nodig ook in het Engels uitdrukken. Je bent niet bang om klanten aan te spreken en hen te adviseren.Je straalt maturiteit uit en bent fysiek fit genoeg om in een winkelomgeving te werken. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld een doos met zeldzame cognac optillen en in de winkel plaatsen.
