Heb je een vlotte babbel, hou je van klantencontact én spreekt de groensector je aan? Voor een familiale onderneming zoeken we een winkelmedewerker die klanten op een professionele manier verder helpt en mee zorgt voor een vlotte werking van het afhaalpunt.

Jouw dag ziet er gevarieerd uit:

  • Je verwerkt en scant bestellingen met de glimlach.
  • Je volgt de facturatie nauwkeurig op.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en professionele afhandeling van elke bestelling.
  • Je volgt samen met je collega's het weekgamma op.
  • Je helpt mee om de winkelomgeving netjes, verzorgd en aantrekkelijk te houden.

Na je inwerkperiode krijg je de kans om verder te groeien binnen een commerciële functie:

  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten die het afhaalpunt bezoeken.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je volgt bestaande klanten op en denkt mee over verdere samenwerkingen.
  • Je neemt deel aan beurzen en evenementen om nieuwe contacten te leggen.
  • Je werkt commerciële acties uit en helpt deze succesvol uit te voeren.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert professioneel.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en haalt energie uit het opbouwen van klantenrelaties.
  • Je kan vlot werken met courante pc-programma's.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en neemt initiatief.
  • Ervaring of een sterke interesse in de groensector is een grote troef.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en organiseert je taken efficiënt.
  • Je bent bereid om volgens een variabel uurrooster te werken en afwisselend op zaterdagvoormiddag aanwezig te zijn.
