Jouw taken als winkelmedewerker Als allround supermarktmedewerker zorg je samen met je collega’s voor een vlotte werking van de winkel. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt actief mee op verschillende afdelingen.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Klanten vriendelijk verder helpen met vragen, bestellingen en advies.
  • Werken aan de kassa en zorgen voor een correcte afhandeling van aankopen.
  • Ondersteunen bij commerciële acties en promoties in de winkel.
  • Producten aanvullen en leveringen controleren en opvolgen.
  • Meehelpen in de versafdelingen zoals:groenten & fruit bakkerij charcuterie zuivel
  • Zorgen voor een nette, aantrekkelijke en klantgerichte winkelomgeving.

Geen enkele werkdag is hetzelfde. Je krijgt de kans om voortdurend bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de retailsector.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste en ervaren supermarktmedewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

Jij beschikt over:

  • Relevante én stabiele ervaring in een supermarkt, voedingswinkel of retail.
  • Een klantgerichte houding en een positieve uitstraling.
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid.
  • Flexibiliteit in werkuren tussen 6u en 20u, inclusief weekendwerk.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
  • Een proactieve werkmentaliteit en commerciële feeling.
  • Teamspirit en de motivatie om collega’s te ondersteunen.
