Bij colora is geen dag hetzelfde. Geen routine, maar steeds nieuwe uitdagingen. Als winkelverantwoordelijke ben jij de drijvende kracht achter jouw winkel en help je klanten hun woonprojecten waar te maken. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met coachend leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat klanten én medewerkers elke dag het beste van zichzelf kunnen geven.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Dat maakt deze functie net zo uitdagend als boeiend.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheid

Als winkelverantwoordelijke neem je de leiding over jouw colora-winkel en bouw je mee aan het succes van colora.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het dagelijkse beheer en de operationele werking van de winkel.
  • Het realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen en het verder uitbouwen van het lokale klantenbestand en netwerk.
  • Het coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van jouw team zodat iedereen het beste uit zichzelf haalt.
  • Het creëren van een warme en inspirerende winkelbeleving voor elke klant.
  • Het adviseren van klanten over kleur, verf en interieurafwerking, samen met je team.
  • Het analyseren van resultaten en het nemen van initiatieven om de prestaties van de winkel verder te versterken.
  • Het mee uitwerken en ondersteunen van marketing- en promotieacties die de zichtbaarheid en verkoop stimuleren.

Je bent een ondernemende pur sang en je haalt energie uit klantencontact, teamcoaching en het behalen van resultaten.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je combineert een klantgerichte aanpak met een sterk commercieel inzicht.

  • Je bent een inspirerende people manager die vertrouwen geeft en mensen weet te verbinden.
  • Je bent enthousiast, positief en leergierig.
  • Je hebt interesse in kleur, interieur en decoratie en wilt je ontwikkelen tot een echte expert.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk je aandacht vragen.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en ziet kansen om processen, resultaten en klantbeleving continu te verbeteren.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans.
