Adecco is op zoek naar een gedreven Winkelverantwoordelijke voor een gevestigde doe-het-zelfzaak in regio Veurne. Ben jij een echte motivator met een passie voor retail en klantenservice? Krijg je energie van het aansturen van een team en het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou! Als winkelverantwoordelijke ben jij het aanspreekpunt binnen de winkel en zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking. Je stuurt een team van 5 tot 10 medewerkers aan, motiveert hen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen en creëert een positieve werksfeer. Daarnaast sta je mee op de winkelvloer en zorg je ervoor dat klanten professioneel advies krijgen en tevreden de winkel verlaten. Jouw taken Leidinggeven aan en coachen van een team van 5 tot 10 medewerkers.

Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse winkelactiviteiten. Opvolgen en realiseren van commerciële doelstellingen.

Analyseren van verkoopresultaten en bijsturen waar nodig.

Toezien op een optimaal voorraadbeheer.

Waken over een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde winkelpresentatie.

Nieuwe medewerkers begeleiden en opleiden.

Meewerken op de winkelvloer en klanten adviseren over producten en oplossingen.

Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte winkelwerking.

Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en vlot Frans.

Je kunt vlot met de computer werken.

Je hebt een degelijke kennis van het DOE HET ZELF gebeuren.

Je bent in het bezit van een heftruckattest.

Je bent flexibel en komt met plezier op zaterdag werken.

Je bent praktisch ingesteld zijn en hebt een goed organisatietalent. De planning van de personeelsbezetting, het beheer van de voorraden en alle hieraan verbonden administratie, gaan je makkelijk af.

Je werkt doelgericht en efficiënt, met de juiste commerciële ingesteldheid.

Je hebt de sociale vaardigheden die nodig zijn om een team te coachen en daar waar nodig bij te sturen.

Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in dezelfde of in een aanverwante businessactiviteit en wil hierin nog verder groeien.
