Voor onze klant, een multibrand boetiek met een selectie van hoogstaande binnen- en buitenlandse labels, zijn we op zoek naar een Store Manager in Sint-Niklaas.

Functie

Als winkelverantwoordelijke sta je in voor het beheer en de adviesverkoop in je winkel.

Dynamisch en flexibel creëer je de perfecte uitstraling van de winkel en zorg je zo voor een klantvriendelijke sfeer en een persoonlijke servicebeleving.

Je leidt, beheert en organiseert de dagelijkse planning binnen het kader van de bedrijfscultuur en je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde objectieven.

Zelf werk je actief mee en stuur je hierbij een team van verkoopmedewerkers aan.

Je hebt een uitgesproken interesse in mode, kleur en dameskledingcollecties uit het hogere segment.

Ervaring in de dameskledingsector is een plus, maar geen must. Veel belangrijker is jouw sterke klantgerichtheid en zin voor “commerce”.

Je draagt klantenservice en een aangename winkelbeleving hoog in het vaandel.

Door je gedrevenheid, sterke commerciële communicatieverkoopvaardigheden en je open persoonlijkheid, kun je jouw team motiveren en je klanten met een zeer goed gevoel naar huis laten gaan.
