Ben jij een energieke en hands-on leidinggevende die het verschil kan maken in een familiaal gerunde supermarkt in Lanaken? Wij zoeken 2 winkelverantwoordelijken die onze winkel dagelijks laten draaien, een klein team aansturen en actief meehelpen op de werkvloer.

Als Winkelverantwoordelijke in Lanaken combineer je leidinggeven met praktische inzet, en zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten altijd een optimale winkelervaring krijgen.

Jouw rol als Winkelverantwoordelijke In deze functie ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor je team en verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verlopende winkel. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, organisatie en klantgerichtheid en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de winkel.

Wat je doet:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van 10 collega’s
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer wanneer nodig
  • Plannen en organiseren van de dagelijkse werking van de winkel
  • Bewaken van orde, netheid en klanttevredenheid
  • Meedenken over efficiëntie en verbeteringen in de supermarkt
  • Flexibiliteit & teamspirit:
  • Je planning is 2 weken op voorhand bekend, maar je bent flexibel bij onverwachte situaties. Bij ons familiebedrijf houden we rekening met privéomstandigheden, zolang dit niet frequent voorkomt.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie
  • Ervaring in retail of supermarkt is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen in een team
  • Flexibiliteit in werkuren is geen probleem, anderzijds zijn wij ook flexibel naar jou als er zich iets voordoet
