Voor onze klant, gekende speler binnen telecom, IT en energie, zoeken we voor de vestiging in Wetteren een winkelverantwoordelijke.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket als winkelverantwoordelijke:

  • Het opzetten van de dagdagelijkse taakverdeling en de praktische zaken van de winkel, ervoor zorgen dat de winkel er piekfijn bijligt en het assortiment up to date is.
  • Jij kan door jouw kennis de collega's van jouw team steeds een antwoord geven rond de diensten, acties en promoties of producten in het gamma.
  • Jij zet mee jouw schouders onder klanttevredenheid. Toch een minder tevreden klant, jij en jouw team zorgen voor een goede afhandeling.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte vakantie- en werkplanning en dit bespreek je met HR.
  • Begeleiden en motiveren van jouw team, opleiding verzorgen van nieuwe collega's (samen met de coach).
  • Zelf proactief mee werken in de winkel, verkopen doet jouw hart sneller slaan - je hebt geen probleem om commerciële en financiële doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Opstarten en afsluiten van de winkel is jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

Profiel

Onze ideale winkelverantwoordelijke kan dit afvinken:

  • Reeds relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als shopmanager.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten met een goede dosis people-management en sterke commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, bent communicatief en met jouw enthousiasme en positieve ingesteldheid tover je een lach op het gezicht van jou klanten en verkoopsteam.
  • Je bent een stressbestendige multitasker.
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid, hands-on en je vindt het belangrijk dat jouw werk secuur is en de winkel er steeds netjes bijligt.
  • Heel goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Grote interesse / passie naar IT, Energie, Telecom.
