Am Dep... 1 Wissenschaftliche*r Mitarbeiter*in mit Doktorat im Forschungs- und Lehrbetrieb Aufgaben º Selbstständige Forschung im Fachbereich der Arbeitsgruppe Nachhaltige Komsumverhaltensforschung am Institut º Eigenständige Publikationstätigkeit in internationalen Fachzeitschriften º Mitwirkung an Forschungsprojekten und Publikationstätigkeiten des Instituts º Aufbau internationaler Forschungskooperationen º Vertretung des Faches an nationalen und internationalen Konferenzen º Eigenständige Konzeption sowie Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen im Ausmaß von 4 Semesterwochenstunden/Semester im Fachbereich Marketing/Konsumverhalten º Erstellung von Lehrunterlagen sowie E-Learning Inhalten º Betreuung von Bachelorarbeiten (nach Bedarf) und Masterarbeiten sowie Mitbetreuung von Dissertationen º Aktive Beiträge in Third Mission/Wissenschaftskommunikation º Mitwirkung an der Institutsadministration, Institutsveranstaltungen sowie Studierendenbetreuung

Aufnahmeerfordernis º Abgeschlossenes Doktorat Betriebswirtschaftslehre (mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und Nachhaltigkeit), Angewandte Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit und Konsumverhalten, Umweltpsychologie oder fachnahem Studium º Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend erforderlich für die Stelle º Nachweis von facheinschlägigen Publikationen in internationalen Zeitschriften im Fachgebiet Konsumverhaltensforschung (akzeptiert oder aktuell in Begutachtung) Weitere erwünschte Qualifikationen º Nachweis wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeit in einschlägigen, internationalen Forschungsgruppen º Nachweis internationaler Forschungsaufenthalte º Methodenkenntnisse in quantitativen und/oder experimentellen Forschungsdesigns º Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (statistische Software, Literaturverwaltung, u.ä.) º Einschlägige Lehrerfahrung auf Bachelor- und/oder Masterniveau im Bereich nachhaltiges Marketing und/oder Konsument*innenverhalten º Interesse an einer kumulativen Habilitation º Erfahrung in der Einwerbung von Drittmitteln º Bereitschaft zu Reisen für internationale Konferenzen/Workshops º Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und termintreue Arbeitsweise
