Hauptaufgaben

* Alles rund um das Thema Wohnbau - egal, ob Hausbau, Wohnungskauf oder Sanierung - Sie sind unsere Expert:in im wohn²

* Unsere Kund:innen stehen im Mittelpunkt. Sie verantworten dabei alle notwendigen Prozessschritte vom Erstgespräch, über die Angebotserstellung und das Abschlussgespräch

* Sie sind Spezialist:in, arbeiten aber auch intensiv mit unterschiedlichsten Expert:innen unseres Hauses z.B. aus dem Bereich Versicherung, Risikomanagement und Kredit zusammen. Eine intensive Zusammenarbeit pflegen Sie auch mit diversen Bauträgern

* Bei der Akquisition von Neukund:innen sind Sie kreativ, innovativ und immer aktiv

* In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Filialteams verbessern Sie stetig den Service rund um die Wohnbaufinanzierung

Sie

* bringen Begeisterung und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Wohnbau und Immobilien mit

* haben tiefgehendes Verständnis für die Bewertung von Immobilien und den dazugehörigen Markt

* zeichnen sich durch Ihre Sensibilität für Risikoeinschätzung und Erfahrung in der risikobewussten Beratung aus

* machen Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeit möglich, um auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden einzugehen

* sind ein "Macher" und mögen es, mit kreativen und innovativen Lösungen den Kunden zu begeistern

* sind aufgrund Ihrer Kommunikationsstärke und Motivation ein absoluter Teamplayer

* haben Spaß an strukturiertem und eigenständigem Arbeiten
