Für unser Pflegewohnhaus "Haus Maria" in 9150 Bleiburg, suchen wir ab sofort eine-n 1 Wohnbereichsleiter/in in der Altenpflege Gerontopsychiatrisches Pflegewohnhaus "Haus Maria / Hiša Marija"

Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung einer korrekten und aktuellen Pflegedokumentation, Pflegeplanung, Anamnese und Assessments

* Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen, individuellen und ganzheitlichen Betreuung und Pflege im gerontopsychiatrischen Pflegewohnhaus

* Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung des Pflege- und Betreuungskonzepts sowie Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als DGKP

* Abschluss der Weiterbildung "Basales und mittleres Management" von Vorteil aber kein Muss. Der Lehrgang wird finanziert und findet in der Dienstzeit statt.

* Berufserfahrung in gleichwertiger Position von Vorteil

* Lernbereitschaft sämtlicher Programme und Systeme sowie interner Schulung dieser

* Identifikation mit dem Leitbild und den Werten der Caritas

* Entlohnung nach dem KV der karitativen Arbeitgeber*innen von EUR 3.601,55 bis EUR 4.096,95 brutto bei 37 Wochenstunden

* Dazu kommt der Pflegezuschuss des Bundes i.d.H.v. EUR 135,50

* Bei 38 Wochenstunden erhältst du ein Gehaltsplus von 2,7%

* Drei zusätzliche freie Tage

* 27 Urlaubstage nach dem zweiten Urlaubsjahr, sowie 30 Urlaubstage ab dem 43. Lebensjahr

* Attraktive Dienstzeiten von Mo-Fr, keine Wochenenden, keine Nachtdienste (regulär)
