Als wondverpleegkundige ben jij dé specialist op het gebied van wondzorg. Je verricht je werkzaamheden op de polikliniek en verpleegafdeling. Je onderzoekt en behandelt de patiënten zelfstandig en voorziet hen van de juiste informatie, begeleiding en voorlichting. Je verwijdert hechtingen, neemt wondamneses af en je stelt op basis daarvan diagnoses. In overleg met de arts stel je een behandelplan op en coördineer je het hele proces. Je geeft tevens advies en trainingen om de kennis en vaardigheden van je collega's en samenwerkingspartners nog meer te vergroten. Kortom, een afwisselende functie in een veelzijdig vakgebied waarbij je een positieve en opbouwende inbreng kunt geven en coacht en adviseert bij zorgvragen. Hoe ziet je team eruit? Je komt te werken op de Chirurgie en maakt deel uit van een team van 4 wondverpleegkundigen. Je werkt daarnaast nauw samen met onder andere de doktersassistenten op de polikliniek, gipsverbandmeesters en specialisten als chirurgen en orthopeden maar ook vanuit andere disciplines. Wat krijg je van ons? - Een goed salaris tussen €3.903,- en €5.503,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur (FWG 55, CAO Ziekenhuizen), passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring. - 8,33% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. - Bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur per week heb je recht op 144 vakantie-uren en 57 PLB-uren per jaar (totaal 201 uur, ongeveer 28 verlofdagen).
